Work With Me!

A PROCESS ROOTED IN AWARENESS, EMBODIMENT, AND SYSTEMS TRANSFORMATION

Every organization and individual enters this work from a different place.

Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, this work begins by understanding where you are—so we can move forward with clarity and intention.

Where We Start

All engagements begin with a 20-minute intake conversation.

This is a space to:

  • understand your context, goals, and challenges
  • explore what’s emerging within your team or organization
  • determine alignment and potential pathways forward

From there, I offer a recommended approach grounded in The Root Process™.

How We Work Together

This work typically unfolds in one or more of the following ways:

1. Organizational & Leadership Partnership

Ongoing support for teams and organizations navigating growth, change, or complexity.

This may include:

  • leadership coaching and development
  • navigating conflict and relational dynamics
  • strengthening communication and collaboration
  • exploring power, identity, and systems within your organization
  • building more intentional and responsive structures and practices

This work is iterative, relational, and tailored to your organization as a whole.

2. Facilitation & Learning Experiences

Workshops, retreats, or multi-session learning experiences designed to deepen awareness and build practical skills.

These sessions may include:

  • guided dialogue and reflection
  • somatic and experiential practices
  • applied learning and real-time integration

Each experience is customized to meet your team where they are while supporting meaningful growth and change.

3. The Root Process™ Learning Series

A structured, multi-session experience designed to guide individuals or teams through the core elements of The Root Process™.

This series provides a more defined pathway for those who want to:

  • build a shared foundation and language
  • deepen self-awareness and cultural humility
  • explore identity, power, and lived experience in a supported environment
  • move from insight into embodied, practical application

The series can be offered as a standalone experience or as part of a broader organizational partnership.

4. Individual & Small Group Coaching

Support for individuals or small groups seeking deeper personal and professional development.

This work focuses on:

  • understanding lived experience and internal patterns
  • strengthening self-awareness and relational capacity
  • navigating identity, leadership, and communication

This is where The Root Process™ becomes deeply personal and embodied.

Areas of Focus

While each engagement is customized, common areas of focus include:

  • cultural humility and intercultural competence
  • leadership and organizational development
  • communication, conflict, and collaboration
  • identity, power, and systems awareness
  • hiring, retention, and organizational culture
  • team dynamics and community-building

Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI)

The IDI is a tool that supports individuals and teams in understanding how they navigate cultural difference.

As a certified Qualified Administrator, I use the IDI as one component of this work—not as a standalone solution, but as a way to support deeper reflection and growth.

This includes:

  • individual and group assessments and debriefs
  • integration into coaching and facilitation
  • ongoing development support

The IDI is used thoughtfully, with recognition of both its value and its limitations, and is always contextualized within lived experience, identity, and systems of power.

A Flexible, Responsive Approach

This work is not linear.

Some organizations begin with a single workshop and expand into longer-term partnership.

Others begin with assessment and move into coaching or systems-level work.

Wherever you begin, the process is designed to meet you there—and evolve as your needs shift.

Investment

Fees vary based on scope, organizational size, and budget.

Sliding scale options are available to support accessibility and alignment.
