The ROOT Learning Series

This learning series is designed to meet individuals and organizations at different entry points, while remaining grounded in a shared process of awareness, inquiry, relationship, and embodiment.

Each offering is guided by the ROOT Process™ — a relational, trauma-informed, and healing-centered framework that supports participants in moving from lived experience toward deeper awareness, understanding, compassionate reflection, intentional practice, and integration.

Embedded within the larger ROOT Process™ is an inner reflective practice:

R.O.O.T. — Return, Open, Observe, Transmute

A somatic and relational invitation to return to self, open with curiosity, observe what is present with honesty and care, and transmute lived experience into insight, wisdom, and embodied action.

Each pathway includes a range of sessions woven into a larger, sustained learning journey — one that invites participants not only to intellectually engage with systems, power, identity, and culture, but to deepen their capacity to embody relational ways of being with themselves, each other, community, and the larger living world.
